24/365: January 24, 2015

I had a super lazy day today and didn’t get out of the house until late afternoon. I brought my camera to the grocery store with me but was really shy about taking it out and taking pictures. Close to leaving the store, I thought to myself, while I guess I’ll just miss a photo today, but then I bumped into friends of ours and their daughter, Ellie. She was being very cute and waving and saying hi to Audrey.

It really makes me look forward to seeing Audrey at that age. But I know I’ll miss the times she use to be so tiny.

Thanks Dani for letting me take Ellie’s picture today. 🙂

  1. So cute, love it, the black and white is great.
it does feel so awkward bringing that big camera out in public, but I’m trying to get more comfortable with it, it’s easy at places where cameras are normal, but I feel like the grocery store is not where most people take pictures, but I’m determined to get a shopping cart picture.

  2. I like your depth of field use here. Really blurred out the background but you can still tell your in the supermarket! I think it does make it easier to get a store photo when you have another adult supporting you for the photo too. Good effort. 😊
