Today was my last day in Toronto before heading up to Markham for the next 3 months. It was another cold day today, so I really didn’t want to venture out. However, my niece, Kathryn had a PA day today so my brother-in-law and Kathryn came by today and convince me to go to St. Lawrence Market in the afternoon.

St. Lawrence Market is an indoor farmer’s market in Toronto.

I’m really glad we made the trip. I had the most delicious Calamari Po’Boy Sandwich from Buster Sea Cove and Kathryn and Audrey had lots of fun. Naturally, Kathryn was drawn to this candy shop and I saw this little stand for valentine’s day candy. At first glance it looks like I cut two photos into one but it’s a photo of a box of candies separating the two types.

Hope you have a great Valentine’s Day tomorrow!

    1. I think it is! I remember it still being there in the summer. 🙂 It really is an awesome part of the city. When were you last in Toronto? You should see the developments just south and east of there. They have a new district close by called Canary District!

    1. Thanks Jennifer!
It was sooo cold. I bundled Audrey up in 2 blankets plus her car seat cover. She was only wearing a toque and her fleece onesie but it was a short walk from car to market. I just hate having to unzip her when I get home because she falls asleep in the car all the time and she tends to overheat.

      1. It’s so hard with them and the cold because you never know how cold/warm they are. Just wait until she doesn’t want her gloves on, I was so worried about Catherine’s hands yesterday because she does not like her gloves!
