Today Brendan took the day off from renovations and had brunch with some of his university friends.

We ate at Mildred’s Temple Kitchen and it was fantastic. If you live in Toronto and haven’t been yet, you should go one day. It’s very kid friendly (As they have high chairs and I saw a bunch of kids and babies there). Audrey tried blueberry pancakes for the first time (yes… with the syrup) and she gobbled it up. I suspect it was because of all the sugar. I was hesitant at first but I realized that I can’t just feed her carrot sticks and yams forever. Also, her paediatrician gave us the go ahead to give her food we eat.

Anyway, best pancakes I’ve ever had. They are so fluffy. (I should have taken a picture.)

Just before we left, I snapped this photo of the booth we sat in. It had these wood planks that stretched up to the ceiling and I thought it looked pretty cool.

Well today marks my first month of the 365 Project complete! I am so happy I have made it this far, and have been very happy with my photos so far.
Just 11 more months to go! Thanks for the support everyone!

I rarely dress Audrey up when we go out because I am too lazy. It’s so easy to change her diaper when she is in a sleeper.

Since I was going to have lunch with my dad. I decided to dress her up for once. Of course, out of all days, she decides today would be a perfect day to have a pooplosion. The one that goes all the way up her back. I had to remove her shoes, socks, leggings, short-sleeved onesie, and sweater. Then to make matters worse – I ran out of  wipes midway through the change so I had to carry her over to the sink.

Why today?

Remind me why I dress her up again? Oh right, because miniature clothes are really cute! Like this cute bear sweater!

Wednesdays are swimming days with Audrey. I wanted to take pictures of my friend’s babies and Audrey today, but I forgot my camera in the car on our way to the pool! 😦

So I had to find something else to photography today. While Audrey was napping I went upstairs to try and take pictures of the beautiful sunset today but was disappointed that trees were in my way. I took a few anyway. To my surprise they didn’t turn out so bad. At least I don’t think so. (Also, don’t mind my dusty windows, again this was taken in a construction zone within my house. :))

I had a super lazy day today and didn’t get out of the house until late afternoon. I brought my camera to the grocery store with me but was really shy about taking it out and taking pictures. Close to leaving the store, I thought to myself, while I guess I’ll just miss a photo today, but then I bumped into friends of ours and their daughter, Ellie. She was being very cute and waving and saying hi to Audrey.

It really makes me look forward to seeing Audrey at that age. But I know I’ll miss the times she use to be so tiny.

Thanks Dani for letting me take Ellie’s picture today. 🙂

Today we had a nice visit with my brother-in-law, Keith and my niece, Kate. We were suppose to go swimming today but when we got to the pool they notified us that swimming was cancelled! So, we decided to check out skating at the Evergreen Brickworks instead! Despite all the travelling back and forth, Audrey did so well today!

Kate was so stinking cute on the ice today.

Since I had Audrey with me, we didn’t go skating and went for a little stroll around the area. I saw this installation called 100 Modes of Transportation. I absolutely loved it! So you get two photos today as I couldn’t decide on which one to post!
